- All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
- Free shipping on orders $50 or more.
- During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.
Return
UPLiiFF will accept returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All original sale tags must still be attached. Your return will be processed within 1-5 days. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- After it’s reviewed & approved, we’ll provide you with an authorization code & further instructions.
- Ship the item back to us (carefully following the provided instructions).
- Once the return is received, we’ll process the request.
