We will e-mail you back with a return authorization number that you will need to write down on the outside of the shipping package and shipping label. These instructions will also be included in the e-mail we send you.

Currently, we can only authorize one return authorization per order. Please make sure you reference all the items you would like to return.

RESTRICTIONS:

• Only one return authorization will be authorized per order.
• Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number written on the box/bag.
• Items that have been altered or washed cannot be accepted.
• Shipping fees from original order will not be refunded. Refunds are for merchandise only, less your discount if you used one
• Customers are responsible for shipping if a new order is needed. (We do not do exchanges)
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
• Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.
• UPLiiFF is not financially liable for items purchased from UPLiiFF that are not returned to the correct return address specified in the return instructions.
